1. General Policy

2. Service Orders

If service has not been delivered, the customer may request a refund.

If service has already been completed, no refund is applicable.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.

If cancellation is requested before any visit is used, partial refund may be considered.

4. No Show / Customer Delay

If customer is unavailable at scheduled time, visit may be counted or rescheduled.

5. Payment Errors

Duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded after verification.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 15-30 business days.

HayatServe reserves the right to evaluate refund eligibility.
